RTI is an excellent company for students or recent graduates to get hands-on experience in a wide variety of fields, especially in relation to global solutions. Great company, great leadership, and great culture!
What I wish was different
I would not change it, but it would be interesting to work in the office outside of COVID times. However, I appreciated the flexibility of working remote during COVID.
Advice
Keep an open mind and do not be afraid of the learning curve!

Being a part of a research study that involves and reflects on mental health and drug use/addiction has been hugely impacting...dont trust a book by its cover.
