talent acquisition

September - December 2021 • Seattle, WA

What I liked

I really liked the onboarding process because there was plenty of resources and on-call chats to help with any new folks joining the team. While in the team, I enjoyed my one-on-one's with my manager and I felt that I was always pushed to be entrepreneurial in my journey.

What I wish was different

I wish there was a little more excitement surrounding onboarding interns given that this is many of our first experiences joining a company. Excitement could mean an all-intern networking call that was added to my calendar or an intern welcome kit.

Advice

Overall, the experience has been positive because I felt welcomed and felt I had all the resources I needed to be successful. I also felt valued and felt that the leadership within the team fostered my growth.
