Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking engineering technicians to perform skilled technical work in support of activities of highway construction, design, and PS&E phases of projects in Spokane, WA. The Transportation Technicians selected for this opportunity will perform duties to include field site assessments, design, construction inspection, materials testing, and surveying to ensure WSDOT projects are designed and constructed according to established standard and specifications. These positions will provide you with the ability to experience working in varied environments, such as out in the field, in an office atmosphere, and in the laboratory.
