Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategy Manager to help promote our online course through compelling TikTok and Reel content. As our Content Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding our content creation process. You will work closely with our team to deep dive into our business, understand our goals, and create a custom content strategy tailored to attract our target audience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of our business and target audience.

- Develop a custom content calendar with weekly trends, audio, and captions.

- Provide clear direction on the type of content to film to effectively promote our course.

- Direct our content creation process, guiding the filming of videos to align with the established strategy. Whichever footage you request, my team will film and send to you to edit / publish according to trends and best practices.

- Manage the creation and execution of TikTok and Reel content, utilizing the footage provided.

- Continuously monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy as needed.

- Extract key insights and wisdom from our course content to create compelling and engaging videos.

- Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Strong understanding of current trends and best practices on social media platforms.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically to engage our target audience.

- Experience with video editing software is a plus.

- Passion for empowering women and promoting personal and financial growth.

- Bonus points if you're a spiritual girlie!!
