The College of Fine Arts Dean’s Office is seeking a student assistant to support its development team for summer 2024 and beyond. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in fundraising, event coordination, arts administration, and/or alumni relations. We are open to Work Study and non-Work Study candidates.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and hard-working, with great attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position handles confidential information, so discretion and professionalism is required.

This is also a learning opportunity, so we want candidates who will come to work with questions, project ideas, creativity, curiosity, and drive. We are a small, hard-working team, so this position will be treated as a partner in our fundraising efforts.

We require someone for 8-10 hours each week who can work a consistent schedule. Work hours are flexible between Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. Specific work shifts and virtual/in-person hours can be negotiated. We are hoping to hire quickly for the summer, with the option to extend through the school year.
