Esperanza Elementary School Leader
Esperanza Elementary, one of the district’s Spanish Dual Immersion Schools, is seeking a new leader for the 2024-25 school year. Esperanza Elementary supports and affirms the rich ethnic diversity of its students and offers a 50/50 Dual Immersion model of instruction.
We are looking for a transformative bilingual leader that can lead a school through a renewal of vision, culture, and climate, while including the integral component of community voice and feedback.

Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to: Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university with graduate courses and minimum of three (3) years teaching experience;
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Valid California credential authorizing service as a principal.
- Employment eligibility that may include fingerprints, health (TB) and/or other employment clearance.
