Work Study: Front Desk Receptionist
Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering assistance.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Utilize appropriate communication channels to ensure effective communication with guests.
2. Administrative Duties
- Manage and organize front desk operations, including answering phone calls, directing inquiries and sorting packages received.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
3. General Office Support
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Operate office equipment.
- Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
4. Safety and Security
- Monitor the office entrance.
- Assist with emergency procedures, if necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be actively enrolled.
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to listen effectively and provide assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adherence to confidentiality and privacy policies.
