Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation:
Develop visually appealing static and motion graphic content to bolster our brand's online presence across various digital platforms.
Craft engaging photo and video content to support promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Coordinate photoshoot logistics, including prop procurement, talent coordination, and location scouting.
Collaborate with diverse teams to conceptualize and execute creative content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor social media channels, promptly respond to comments and direct messages, and remain abreast of industry trends.
Sales Associate & Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers, addressing inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product catalog, including features, specifications, and pricing details.
Assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking shelves, conducting inventory counts, and organizing merchandise displays.
Actively engage with customers to identify their needs, upsell complementary products, and foster long-term relationships.
Contribute to store operations by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols.
Additional Responsibilities:
Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and ethos of the Campus Computer Store.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
Support special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns both online and in-store.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to enhance our market positioning.
Requirements:
Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing software, with demonstrated experience in content creation.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers and colleagues.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
Job Details & Benefits:
