Programmer Analyst

GALAXY i TECHNOLOGIES, looking for Programmer Analyst (Fulltime) position. For the below Job responsibilities. This employment will serve as Fulltime associated with the academic program.

•              Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.

•             Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding mile-stones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

•             Capable of performing detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, return on investment/discounted cash flow analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line.

•             Partner with client/business units to evaluate project alternatives and recommend a project solution giving consideration to project return on investment (ROI).

•             Research and recommend business solution software.

•             Research, design and develop computer software systems, applications which require use of advanced computational and quantitative methodologies. 

•             Improving application performance by writing stored procedures in SQL.

•             Creating and maintaining any technical documentation required to facilitate continued maintenance or enhancement of the application.

             In addition, it is our understanding that the student will be authorized to accept this FULLTIME OR PRACTICUM under United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services regulation governing Nonimmigrant Students (F-1) – Optional Practical Training (OPT) and Curricular Practical Training  (CPT) programs.
