Kitchens Law Firm is a boutique law firm in the Westlake area mainly revolving around Personal Injury, Business, and DTPA claims. We also handle a number of land fraud cases involving the Spanish speaking community.
What we do:
Commercial Litigation and Business Transactions
This firm handles business litigation, ranging from contract claims between businesses to disputes between joint ventures, investment disputes, and commercial collections work. We also provide entity formation counseling, and handle small business transactions including service agreements, separation agreements, mergers and buyouts, and other contractual work.
Personal Injury
This firm handles all types of personal injury claims, ranging from motor vehicle accidents, to persons injured by dangerous conditions on premises, to workplace injury and civil assault claims.
Consumer and General Civil
This Firm also handles a wide variety of consumer and general civil claims, including claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act on behalf of injured consumers, various statutory and consumer protection claims, and general civil litigation.
What we're looking for:
You will be assisting the Attorney and Paralegals with the following:
- Keeping cases organized by establishing and organizing files
- Calendaring and Scheduling
- Interact with clients, potential new clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsels, witnesses, etc.
- Assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conduct legal research, when necessary, under supervision by attorney and paralegals
