Sales Director - ERP & Digital Transformation Solutions

Our clients are mostly fast-growing SMEs in the Retail, Manufacturing, and Services industries. We help them define and execute digital transformation strategies using Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP), Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics. We've developed core business systems for aerospace manufacturers, drone delivery unicorns, retail startups and many more. 

We are a Gold Partner of Odoo, an ERP company that has received over $450 million in funding and a current valuation of over $3 billion. Odoo has been growing at an average of over 60% per year for the last 15 years. We are also partners with Amazon Cloud (AWS) and BigCommerce.

Our ERP services and software solutions in retail, accounting, payroll, manufacturing and aerospace helped us become a valuable implementation partner for over 100 businesses. As we expand our market reach, we seek a focused, driven, and dedicated executive to lead our sales and business development initiatives to help us achieve the highest growth potential from our products and services. The Director of Sales and Business Development is a key executive team member and will work directly with our CEO to help define our sales process, grow, and guide our team in building win-win partnerships with our clients.

What you will do
  • Be an executive team member and work closely with our CEO and other team members on major strategic initiatives.
  • Define and execute strategies to grow our ERP services, retail IT solutions, manufacturing solutions, data analytics solutions, and cloud enablement services.
  • Support the product team in identifying opportunities, providing vertical solutions, and establishing the go-to-market strategy for different verticals.
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day sales and business development activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and continually seek to capitalize on opportunities that will increase customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners.

Requirements
  • Has proven track record of at least 5 plus years in either business development or sales consultation with popular ERP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms, e.g., Odoo, NetSuite, Sage, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, Oracle's E-Business Suite, SAP Business One, etc.
  • Communicates and works effectively with various B2B stakeholders such as business owners, executives, and IT engineers.
  • Shows good leadership skills and ability to hire, train, develop and lead a team of business development professionals to achieve their sales goals.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and high-quality standards.
  • Is Proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented.
  • Enjoys helping businesses apply enterprise software to gain competitive advantages.
  • Experience in program management, project implementation, or solution consultation is a plus.
  • Experience with retail/manufacturing operations, logistics, or IT management is a plus
