Senior Bioinformatics Senior Engineer
Job Description：
1.Responsible for building and improving relevant bioinformatics analysis pipeline and data platform, continuously optimizing the analysis methods and developing of new methods based on machine learning; participate in the development of relevant clinical products and data mining.
2.Responsible for the development and optimization of innovative algorithms for artificial intelligence diagnosis.
3.Responsible for developing featured prospective/retrospective biomedical/omics/text data platforms
4.Participate in pathogenic microbiomics-based article translation and research project applications.

Qualification
1.Master's degree in bioinformatics, biomedicine, computational biology, mathematics, computer science, etc.；overseas study or research experience is a plus.
2.Three years or more bioinformatics research experience (including work during graduate school); experience in research and development of bioinformatics algorithms, artificial intelligence, software development, patent writing, etc. is a plus; proficient in multi-omics data analysis process.
3.Familiar with linux working environment, proficient in at least one of C/Python/Java/R programming language.
4.Have background in R&D of pathogenic microorganisms, class 2,3 registered products, preferred.
5.Being self-driven with strong teamwork spirit and feedback ability.
