We are looking for a Network Management Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of 5G network management technologies to address the diverse requirements of Industrial IoT applications. You’ll get a chance to engage in real-world deployments in manufacturing facilities at scale. Responsibilities:
- Contribute to implement 5G testbed infrastructure utilizing OSSs and software development and testing of network management technologies.
- Work in a cross-disciplinary team with software, network, sensing and domain experts and be able to understand and build upon previous design and architecture and add differentiators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience in software development.
- Fluency in C/C++ language programming, and script language programming such as Python, and Javascript/Node-JS
- Experience with the software development or configuration/management for network components such as a layer-2 switch, a router, and a gateway, a base station is required.
- Experience with network management and configuration protocols such as SNMP, NETCONF as well as open source network monitoring platforms such as Zabbix is preferred.
- Experience with Docker and container management tools like Kubernetes or Portainer is required.
- Experience in Linux and shell scripting is required.
- Experience with Git and agile software development process is required
