You will be involved in all stages of the lifecycle and serve as a member of our software and cloud team responsible for designing and developing a variety of different types of solutions across multiple projects. These solutions may include some combinations of cloud computing infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. As a valued contributor to our team your responsibilities will include (1) collaborative brainstorming and problem-solving to define requirements, objectives, and potential solutions; (2) developing and testing solutions from inception to deployment in the intelligence and defense communities; and (3), testing and maturing of your solutions with new ideas and customer feedback as part of an agile team.

Senior Cloud Engineer Position Requirements:
• Eligibility to apply for and hold a US security clearance (selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements at the time of employment)
• BS or higher in computer science, IT, engineering, applied mathematics, or a closely related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with BS
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with MS
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Relocation to Raleigh NC; this position involves minimal travel for collaboration with customers and partners

Senior Cloud Engineer Preferences:
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure automation (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Salt)
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows servers
• Experience with Kubernetes
