Project Management Training Program

In Schlumberger's Project Management Program, you will explore key Project Management processes such as project start up, Planning, Risk and change Management, Financial and Cost control, Contract management as well as an underlying focus on safety. In addition to this, you will gain experience of our Engineering products, Supply chain management, Quality and Manufacturing methods.

Your home base will be in at the Subsea Production Systems Headquarters in Houston, TX, renowned for developing the best talent. Here you will gain exposure and experience through a 2 year fixed step progression of key Project Management processes, functions and the competencies and business acumen to help you excel in your career. During this period there will be a short rotation to gain initial exposure within one of our manufacturing sites. You will also be exposed to Schlumberger's extensive training opportunities.
