Quality Control Technician
JOB TITLE: Quality Control Technician

SUMMARY: Provides thorough visual and functional inspection for factory acceptance on goods received, in-process, and finished product. Reports on non-conformances and rework required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs quality control functions to ensure achievement of company objectives
- Perform in-process inspection of production processes, to ensure adherence to work instruction
- Perform finished product visual and functional inspection
- Ensures that work inspected meets quality system requirements and that records of inspection are maintained
- Directs and coordinates analysis of products in compliance with SOPs
- Identifies systematic problems, informs production leadership, and assists to develop solutions
- Works with production to complete inspection and documentation on schedule
- Participates in continuous improvement with emphasis on reduction of nonconformances
- Performs internal audits at defined intervals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of two years related experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product/process validation
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Understanding of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and record keeping
- Ability to develop timely oral and written reports

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
