Our Water Board team feels strongly about mentoring the next generation of water professionals, and this is an outstanding opportunity to gain firsthand experience that will help build the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to transition to a career protecting our water resources. This position involves a portion of fieldwork, and the Water Board provides the affiliated field safety and HAZWOPER training. Sampling of groundwater, surface water, and soil are potential fieldwork components.
