The Opportunity:
This internship is an exciting opportunity with an established, fast-growing company recognized as a leader in greenhouse gas and trace gas detection. The focus of this role will be technical support of Picarro’s installed base of instruments in semiconductor fabs located in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remotely assist partners, from simple requests for documentation to detailed instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Using NetSuite, create and manage support cases to capture all relevant information related to instrumentation issues; generate repair quotes and return authorizations (RMAs).
- Work closely with other members of Picarro to solve problems properly and effectively.
- Assist with partner training.
- Track and record performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex technology behind Picarro products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Unix / Linux a plus.
