The mission: RES has experienced double-digit growth over the last few years with more growth planned. To support, structure and enable this growth, the Corporate Trainer will meet with subject matter experts (Scientists, Project Mangers, Regulatory expects, etc.) to define and centralize training capabilities and needs for the organization. Utilizing our LMS, the trainer will be the main point to arrange, assign, facilitate and document available training opportunities at RES.
