QA Documentation Associate

Your Role 

The Documentation Associate will assist in maintaining and facilitating the updating and routing of controlled documents, including SOPs. The Associate is responsible for the approval and set up of document requests for revision and obsolescence. The position is also charged with the prints/files documents, as needed and will issue compounding records to production for validation purposes. Activities for SAP include: completing DSP requests, updating inspection plans due to Product Specification updates and updating inspection plans due to Raw Material Certificate of Analysis updates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or above
  • Demonstrates knowledge of Document Control fundamentals, Quality Systems and GMP requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word. 
  • Experience using an eDMS system and SAP.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with a documentation system in a device, drug, food, or cosmetic manufacturing setting is preferred. 
  • Excellent proofreading skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Well organized.
  • Detail oriented.
