Executive Administrative Research Associate
Compensation:  Salary based on experience ($60k-94k)
Employment type:  Full Time

Jackson, Wyoming based executive with multiple office locations across the country seeking a full-time executive administrative research associate. The ideal candidate will be someone who takes ownership of their job, is organized and methodical, manages their time effectively and is creative in problem solving. The successful candidate will be handling a multitude of tasks. Some tasks as routine as data entry and answering the phone/emails. Since this is an energetic science-based firm, which has a fast-paced environment, the candidate may be involved in conducting literature studies and can perform scientific writing consistent with their skills. The ideal candidate will organize their day to dispense with these items quickly to make room for more challenging projects. We are open to a wide variety of backgrounds from a college degree in business, library sciences, biology, social sciences, chemistry, physiology, or someone who has gained their qualifications through life experiences. 

Requested Software Experience
Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc)

List of Possible Tasks                                                                                
• Proofread documents
• Maintain/update the firm’s library
• Managing social media accounts and the webpage
• Assist in creating client presentations
• Monthly pulldown of relevant articles from top 20 scientific journals
• Organizing and maintaining schedules
• Assisting with project tasks
• Assist editors with tasks relating to Risk Assessment textbook and Patty’s Toxicology book
• Assist with setting travel arrangements, meetings/calls
• Work related errands (i.e. printing, mailing)
• Experience in Human Resources / Workers Comp and Payroll
• Assisting with Accounting / Billing and Tracking Invoices
