Project Administrator

RES
RES is looking for a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of administration experience, for our operations in Texas. 
The Mission: The Gulf Region currently works on numerous projects of varying sizes and needs. The Project Coordinator is the go-to person for our Project Managers who will ensure the smooth operation of all the projects and support the PMs in any administrative tasks related to the projects.
 
You will thrive in this position, if you are detail-oriented - with experience handling data entry at a high volume; a communicator capable of conveying information to a variety of stakeholders within and outside of the company, including project managers, site superintendents, laborers, and vendors; know how to handle ambiguity of a fast-paced growing company where change is a constant.

What your day-to-day might look like?

60% of your time, you will be handling data entry in NetSuite related to the projects you are assigned to, including managing task codes, project reports, updating project budget and written plans. etc. This is the bulk of your job, so experience in NetSuite will greatly support your application.
40% of your time you will be assisting in other administrative duties, including meetings scheduling, note taking, supply orders, preparing presentations, etc. 

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting teams in a project-based setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Accounting Experience
