Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising daily logistics activities to ensure efficient processes and compliance with SOPs, cGMP, safety regulations
• Manages receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures
• Communicates with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment and receipt of raw materials, biological intermediates and finished goods
• Recommends improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower cost
• Trains personnel to ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in business, supply chain management or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in supply chain logistics/warehousing or related operations
• Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical best practices desired
• Proficiency in materials management systems/SAP applications strongly preferred
