IT Desktop Computing Internship
We currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem solving student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the IT Service Management Office team where you will learn about supporting Windows 10 computers and more. Our team of experienced computer techs supports Windows 10 computers.
- Candidate will assist the team with various operational, inventory and project activities.
- Candidate will become familiar with Service Now IT Service management tool, an ITIL based system (requests, incidents, asset management, etc.)
Requirements: Strong communication and organization skills.
Familiarity with basic Excel functions (sort, filter, formatting, basic pivot tables)
Education:
Degree Requirement - Must be actively enrolled in a related degree program.
Personal transportation helpful but not required, Driver's License Required.
