IT Service Management Internship

We currently seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking, problem solving student with an opportunity for a paid internship position on the IT Service Management Office team.

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate must have knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Assets and Configuration Management processes or overall knowledge of service management practices. 
  • Experience with Service Management tool like ServiceNow or any other system as such. 
  • Experience with Data Analytics, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 certified preferred

  • Degree Requirement:  Must be actively enrolled in a related degree program.
  • Full Time, Summer position in the Berlin, CT office.
