Credit Card Administrator

Your accounting experience will be contribute to our growing engineering and design firm with offices throughout the United States.
Requirements
  • AS or BS in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience
  • Dependable, self-starter with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with our associates, management, and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Credit card administration duties include:
  • Reconcile monthly statements for 170+ users from expense reports/purchase orders
  • Reconcile monthly combined statements
  • Work with cardholders to answer any questions
  • Be available to cardholders when problems arise, such as declined card, fraud situations
  • Maintain credit card accounts including recovery of funds owed
Software/Technology:
  • Microsoft 365 – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Experience with ERP system
