SEM Technician | EAG Laboratories
EAG Laboratories, a Eurofins company, has an opportunity for a SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) Technician at our El Segundo, CA facility.
This lab has been solving challenging projects requiring expertise in materials science, electronics, failure analysis, metallurgical testing, RGA (residual gas analysis), and DPA (destructive physical analysis).
In this position, you will perform SEM imaging and EDS (energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy) analysis. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and will have the opportunity to rapidly gain a working knowledge of many analytical techniques.
Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in SEM
- Understanding of electron microscopy, semiconductor device physics and failure analysis (through previous work experience or course work)
- AS or Technical degree in related field
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
- Flexible work schedule
