Product Engineering Leadership Development Program

Program Design:
The program prepares participants for roles of growing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Participants will have the opportunity to work with senior R&D leaders and participate in various key Product Engineering initiatives. This program provides a great opportunity for an emerging R&D Engineer to experience different stages of the product development-cycle, utilizing various engineering principles and methodologies to develop solutions and drive revenue across multiple areas of the business, while gaining exposure to different teams, processes, and leadership.

Program participants will have 2 one-year rotation assignments during the two-year program. As part of the rotational program, candidates may rotate through locations such as Massachusetts, California, Oregon, Maryland, etc. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.

Rotation examples include: New Product Development, Product Design, Project Management and Supplier Engineering. We have many opportunities to offer!

The PELDP program affords participants an outstanding chance to create results, quickly gain credibility and develop a strong company network over two years. Prior to completing the program, participants work with the Program Manager and interview for positions across the R&D organization.

Qualifications:
• Students completing a Bachelor’s degree between December 2022 and July 2023
• Preferred majors: Biomechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• GPA of 3.2 or greater
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in R&D
• Related work or internship experience helpful
• Ability to manage, plan, and prioritize projects
• Proven leadership aptitude, learning agility, and resourcefulness
• Understanding of existing & new technologies
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction
