Entry-level Environmental Engineer/Geologist (22184)

Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for entry-level Environmental Engineer and Geologist (two positions available) to grow and learn as support to a wide range of multidisciplinary projects that include soil, sediment, and groundwater remedial investigations and feasibility studies (RIFS), site characterizations, remedial design (RD) and remedial action (RA) support under both State and Federal Programs. This position will be based out our Lewisville, TX office but will require travel on a consistent basis (80- 100%) to job sites for the first two – four years.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in the performance of field activities including sampling, operations and maintenance of remedial systems, and subcontractor oversight during remedial actions.
• Documenting field activities and assisting in the preparation of RIFS, RD, and RA reports.
• Performing administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • For Engineer position: BA/BS degree in Environmental, Civil or Chemical Engineering. For Geologist position: BA/BS degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or related science.
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • EIT preferred.
  • Critical thinking and technical writing skills, including the ability to convey information at an appropriate level of communication with varying levels of project staff.
  • Experience using Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be flexible, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
