Responsibilities
  • Learn communication skills, including body language, para-verbal communication, and objection responses
  • Onboard homeowners for their pest control services
  • Have fun with incentives, bonuses, and team building
  • Uplift team members and embrace team culture
  • May also help expand the team through recruiting

Requirements
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have confidence
  • Must be coachable
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast pace, dynamic environment
  • Must be able to face rejection
  • Must have your own vehicle, license, phone, and the cellular data plan
  • Must be 18 or older to be licensed to legally operate

Experience Requirements
