DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Through your strong relationships and extensive network at Edwards AFB and Nellis AFB, you will lead the implementation of a cloud-based analytics platform to support flight testing. You will work with test engineers, data analysts, and cloud engineers to ensure that the implementation meets user requirements. You will be a key player in ARA’s growing business in analytics, cloud, and edge computing solutions by helping us match our technical expertise with new customers. You will have the support of a deep bench of skilled cloud engineers, architects, and security engineers.

Analytics and cloud computing is a rapidly growing business area for us as many of our current customers have hired us to help them migrate to the cloud. In response to this growth, we formed a new business unit called Analytics, Cloud, and Edge Solutions (ACES). With ACES we are building a pool of expertise and best practices that will allow us to develop larger and more complex customer cloud and edge solutions.

You will have the opportunity to help us build exciting new capabilities to solve challenging problems. Your leadership will help us expand our cloud and analytics capabilities to new customer sites. You will be part of a team that is supporting a major Air Force program that is developing and deploying a secure cloud development platform to multiple sites and hundreds of users.

Requirements for the position are as follows:
• Due to the nature of work qualified candidates must be a US citizen with an ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher Department of Defense Security Clearance
• Bachelor's Degree with 12-15 years of relevant work experience
• Existing relationships within the test community at Edwards and Nellis AFB
• Some prior technical experience in at least one of the following areas – cloud engineering, data analytics, edge computing
• Familiarity with cloud and edge computing technologies
• Familiarity with the use of Amazon Web Services and/or Azure to host government systems
• Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers
