2023 Intern, Human Resources

The Role
The Human Resources Intern Program is a 10-12 week experience designed for students studying towards a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. During the internship you will learn about the biotechnology industry and be an integral part of the talent engine fueling one of the most bold and relentless companies on earth. You will work under the supervision of an experienced HR leader and will apply your academic knowledge and personal experience to projects focused on aligning business objectives to people priorities.

Our program offers two start dates: Monday, May 15 and Monday, June 5, 2023. All applicants must be available for a minimum of 10 weeks to participate in the program and must be willing to relocate to Norwood or Cambridge, MA for the summer.

Human Resources 
You will work in our high performing Human Resources team on key projects including resource/workforce planning, aligning business objectives to our internal career paths to create more transparency and mobility for employees, and building a job description repository to enable our managers to attract the best possible talent.

Talent Acquisition
University recruitment is a key part of our talent strategy as we build an organization of exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds to deliver the promise of mRNA medicines to patients. You will work in our University Recruiting & Programs team and will have the opportunity to work on global expansion projects, belonging, inclusion & diversity strategy, employer brand, and will have the opportunity to support our summer interns.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Graduate with a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field within 1 year of internship completion
  • Willing and able to relocate to Norwood or Cambridge, MA for the internship
  • Indefinite right to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
