2023 Co-op, US Marketing
The Role:
Moderna is seeking a co-op to support Moderna’s digital engagement plans. This individual will work closely with the Director, Multi-Channel Excellence to support the implementation of a digital sales enablement workstream.
Our Winter/Spring co-op program will run from January 9 – June 16, 2023. All applicants must be available for the entire duration of the program.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Moderna is working to change the paradigm of the traditional pharma go-to-market practice. This role will support the implementation of a digital sales enablement workstream including, but not limited to, the following activities:
- Customer Journey mapping with CRM and Marketing Automation tools
- Develop content for email and site needs based on segmentation
- Project management in follow through of various go-to-market elements by audience segment
- Update and maintain library of digital assets and versioning
- Assist in content creation across multiple stages of the consumer journey and for various audiences
- Consolidate and analyze data and information for measurement purposes
- Collaborate with other teams internally for implementation of tools and recaps
- Develop internal communications for socialization of activities
- Other duties as assigned
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Currently enrolled Junior or Senior
- A high level of initiative, a strong work ethic, creativity and the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A collaborative, solution-oriented and problem-solving approach to challenges as well as being open-minded to new ideas and approaches
- Previous co-op or intern experience preferred
- Must be highly curious, self-motivated, able to work independently, and energized by working in an area of emerging science, medicine and technology
