Job Description:
Our Human Resources (HR) teams hire the people who drive Schlumberger forward and give them the platform to do transformational work. Joining HR is your opportunity to see how a global, people-driven business does that. You’ll be able to make a difference right away and our structured development program means you’ll acquire the skills and experience you need to become an increasingly important part of our team – as you grow with us.
HR Representatives support employees and managers on important issues such as hiring, relocation, benefits, career development, performance, compensation, and promotions. It’s a varied role where you’ll learn our business inside-out, even helping with hiring applications where appropriate. If you’re looking to understand how a leading business designs and implements successful HR policy, then this is the role for you.
Compensation and Benefits Analysts work as part of a team that builds employee packages that balance competitiveness and sustainability. You’ll learn Schlumberger’s values and principles and how to apply them to your decision making as you balance them with your analysis of the market landscape. It’s a fascinating role that sits at the heart of our business and if you’re a strong communicator with a focus on results, it’s an opportunity to make an impact on how we work.
HR Analysts drive our understanding of our people and use that analysis to make better decisions about how we support those people to do great work. You’ll sit in the center of our business, learning how to create accurate, useful analysis and developing expertise in what makes our business and our industry work. From creating reports and dashboards to liaising with colleagues to help roll out HR programs, you’ll be an active part of shaping our culture from day one.
Transaction Administrators are responsible for making sure Personnel actions happen effectively and efficiently. You’ll master SAP technology and execute actions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination as well as inputting day-to-day activities such as attendance and payments. It’s an important role as your developing expertise will mean you can start creating reports that affect Personnel and Management teams’ decisions across the business. This role is your opportunity to make a big impact on what we do and how we do it.
