EAE Regional Operations Manager
Ergon Asphalt and Emulsions currently has an opening for a Regional Operations Manager. The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for the operation of 6-8 EAE production facilities. The Regional Operations manager also works closely with the Regional VP of Marketing, Regional Technical Operations Manager, and Regional EHS manager as a member of the regional business team
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this position include:
- Regional business team member
- Help develop goals and strategies to your region
- Responsible for operational components of regional/ national goals and strategies.
- Active engagement in the capital expenditures' process for your region
- Selection, Development, and Talent Position management
- Maintain development strategy for employees
- Ensure sites are appropriately staffed
- Ensure a respectful workplace environment is maintained
- Management of Regional Compliance Objectives
- Work closely with the regional EHS manager
- Oversee that functional compliance in all areas is maintained at sites
- Operations' excellence and asset management
- Ensure that assets are properly managed and its useful life is maximized
- Lead planned maintenance and cap ex projects for your region
- Utilize best practices and set goals for improving operational efficiency at sites
Regional Operations Manager Qualifications & Requirements:
- Preferred applicants will have 5 -10 years' experience as a manager with working knowledge of facility operations, asphalt, and emulsion products.
- Be willing to travel- 75% of time
- Must have a valid driver's license
