Client Success Internship (2024 Graduates)

Location: Virtual Internship
(Upon successful completion of internship, and based on availability, full-time offers would support Fort Myers, FL or Irving, TX Center of Excellence Office).

The Gartner Client Success Internship is a broad encompassing, dynamic, and challenging role that will provide you the opportunity to work with Gartner leadership and Gartner clients while utilizing both quantitative and qualitative analytics techniques to analyze data, problem solve, and find solutions that help our clients make the right decisions.

You will be successful in this role if you are an analytical thinker who is excited about helping Gartner’s clients solve some of their most pressing business problems. Having a passion for personal development and the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively will also be key. We provide regular feedback to help you develop business skills and leadership traits, and the contacts you make across the organization will become the foundation of a valuable professional network.

What you’ll do
  • Participate in client interactions and calls to learn and develop the art of communicating and partnering with senior project managers and c-level executives
  • Learn the “Challenger Method” of asking disconfirming 2nd and 3rd level questions to identify the root cause of clients’ problems
  • Develop creative approaches to solve challenging and real business problems
  • Team with professionals to handle the most difficult situations to ensure we deliver significant value to clients
  • Structure change programs and execute on them to influence colleagues to take action
  • Complete a final project that will assist in the teams’ focus of increasing the value delivery to our clients
