Scientist, Cell Biology/Molecular Biology

Oncology & Immunology Unit:

The Oncology and Immune Unit (OIU) at WuXi AppTec has its focus on providing immunological service of preclinical and clinical studies to facilitate drug discovery in cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Our platforms include:

a. in vitro and in vivo CRISPR screens to identify potential targets in large scale;

b. in vitro target validation on tumor or immune cells;

c. immune response evaluation in syngeneic model;

d. multi-panel analysis of tumor infiltrating immune cells by flow cytometry or mass cytometry;

e. humanized mouse model; and

f. clinical biomarker detection.

Our unit has about 800 people, and 70% of them have master or Ph.D. degree. We provide global services and keep long-term cooperation with many clients. Here we can offer immense learning opportunity about professional skill and drug discovery. All passionate scientists with different levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
