ADSII is looking for a Sales Development Intern for a remote position.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual early in their sales career who wants to rapidly learn the skills needed to grow into a seasoned sales professional. As our Sales Development Intern, you’ll work directly with our sales team on critical sales functions and have an extensive impact on our outreach strategy and sales pipeline. You’ll also have the opportunity to be mentored by our talented, accomplished sales advisors
The learning and growth opportunities in the role are immense in this remote position. Given a mutual fit, this role could also turn into a full time position at ADSII. We will be having a recruitment event in Austin, Texas on September 19-21. This will be a three day training event to experience and learn about our industry during the event. Typically this will be eight hours per day, but you may stay as long as you can. The more you stay, the more prepared you will be for the interview process. Lunch will be provided during the event as you learn. On the final day we will have a formal group interview process to determine who we would like to bring onto our team.

Duties and responsibilities:
* Prospect: Engage with companies who reach out to ADSII with interest via our website, LinkedIn, email, etc. to identify those who could benefit from our product
* Outreach: Identify promising accounts and execute a thoughtful, "every lead matters" cold outreach campaign to companies via email
* Leverage prospecting tools and manual effort to research companies and identify key decision makers at potential new accounts
* Build target account lists and work with your team to craft successful outreach campaigns via digital channels
* Learn the fundamentals of sales and account management in the IT solutions industry
* Gain direct experience with the full end-to-end customer experience from request for proposal (RFP) to successful sale to ongoing relationship management
* Learn to use corporate technologies such as our RFP intake tool, contracts repository, e-signature platform, SalesForce, and other key tools

Education and Experience:
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
* Interest in deriving compelling insights from multiple data sources
* Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate by phone, video calls, and email
* Ability to work at a sustained pace while balancing several projects with tight timelines
* Possess an extraordinary attention to detail
* Strong analytical skills
