PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Co-op/intern would be involved in design efforts responsible for high speed logic/circuit design, implementation, DFT (Design For Test) and verification of a subsection of a high-performance, low-power microprocessor core.
 
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Knowledge of VLSI circuit design, high speed logic design, verilog, low power design techniques, gate-level design/verification, synthesis, timing analysis and optimization and DFT (Design For Test) is desired. Experience with tool scripting (e.g. Perl) and knowledge of computer architecture is a plus.
 
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
No experience required. Senior year of Electrical Engineering program preferred.
