A few things you should know..
  • We work with your class and extracurricular schedule to determine your internship schedule. Please note: we recommend working two full 8 hr days and one 4 hr half day
  • Preferred (but not required): Able to come into the office on either Tuesday, Wednesday and/or Thursday
  • This internship is for credit only
  • This fall internships is 15 weeks long and a max of 20 hours a week
  • Fall internship start September 12 and end December 22

Overview:
We’re headquartered in beautiful Stamford, CT. If you’re commuting by train, we offer a shuttle that runs to and from the Stamford train station. 
The Wholesale Sale Ops Golf Intern will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations within their designated department, providing support to other departments as needed, as well as handling administrative tasks.
You Will: 
  • Assist Account Executives (remote & HQ based) with day-to-day tasks -- customer service calls/emails, report generation, order entry, order status, etc.
  • Work with sales and production teams to make sure orders are ready to ship as close to the in hand date as possible
  • Samples: Maintain the sample closet and make sure all reps have the proper samples
  • Work with head merchant and Sr Director of marketing to create/update/maintain catalogs and open-to-sell reports
  • Attend and support key account meeting on-site at HQ
What you bring: 
  • Pursuing a degree in business administration or marketing
  • Proficient in the Microsoft suite, google applications and systems in general
  • Can do attitude with a willingness to learn and jump into various tasks
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
