Student Workers: Computer Help Desk

Work at the LTS Help Desk answering calls, processing walk-ins and completing administrative tasks as assigned. May occasionally need to troubleshoot IT issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer Law Technology Services (LTS) Help Desk phone line
  • Manage help tickets, basic computer desktop end-user support.
  • Provide occasional basic audio visual support.
  • Help organize and maintain LTS spaces.
  • Equipment pickup and drop-off, some heavy lifting required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Work experience in a customer service or client support setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products.
