Title: Work Study
Hourly: dependent on Work Study Award
Fall 2022 dates: Sept. 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022
Requirements: Work-Study Verification (WSV)
Hours: Flexible: (up to 19 hours per week)
Job description
We seek a Work study student who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working with faculty, staff and students.
Responsibilities include general office duties:
- mail distribution
- scanning projects
- office/supply break room maintenance
- event planning and coordination
- Oversee/have access to our EDP general email account
- Answer phones and redirect calls
- WORQs Requests
- additional duties as assigned.
Successful candidate would be invited to return for Spring 2023.
The appointed student will be required to complete new employee onboarding, including authorizing a criminal background check by the University, as well as completing an I-9 form.

Federal Work-Study funds may not be used for work performed after the student drops below half-time or withdrawals (Regulation 34 CFR 675.16). Similar rules are enforced for Work-Study funds from other sources
