2023 Master's - Study Director, Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK)

Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for communicating with key customers, providing research strategy of pharmacokinetics, formulating scientifically reasonable project design, and solving core problems concerned by customers.
• Manage the progress and quality of important projects, keep close communication with key functional groups and ensure timely completion and high-quality of projects.
• Review and approve project manager’s study protocols and reports; supervise their projects to ensure project closure with high quality. Provide guidance to critical points and challenging issues from project managers. Manage crisis during project execution.
• Participate in the discussion of integrated R&D programs on behalf of DMPK department. Provide constructive suggestions and guidance from the perspective of interconnection between DMPK and various disciplines, and cooperate to promote the progress of the program.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOP) based on the needs, lead programs of new research capacity, and organize internal capability training;
• Represent DMPK to participate in business development activities, and collect client’s request and feedback. Provide support to project bidding.

Qualifications

• Fresh Master's in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, biological analysis or related majors;
• Excellent communication, project management and leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure;
• Fundamental knowledge in pharmacokinetic research technology, equipment, software and related regulatory guidance;
• Good command of written and spoken in both English and Mandarin Chinese, oversea experience preferred.
