Supervisors have a degree and some experience in the industry through internships, co-op, campus jobs or other field experience. This is a role for new graduates, although we will consider candidates who have been working in the industry. Communication skills are highly valued, as well as time management skills, an ability to problem solve, and a strong customer service orientation. Ideally, you have Spanish language skills, MS Office/360 and OSHA standards familiarity, and basic financial knowledge. An ability to learn on the job to manage crews, time sheets, train personnel and manage budgets are key requirements. Our new hires are mentored and coached by senior leaders, and will have opportunities to work in landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and stone masonry projects. We have opportunities in North Texas (DFW/Collin County/Denton County/Carrolton) and Austin, TX.
