Work Study Assistant-Loans Section (Admin/General)

Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid-Loans Section is seeking Work-Study Student Associates to assist staff and counselors with daily clerical activities and projects in the loans section of OSFA. 

Job duties include:
·        Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets;
·        Collect, input, and retrieve research data using various resources;
·        Ensure accuracy and completeness of data; process documents;
·        Assist with mass emails;
·        Compose routine correspondence, forms, or reports;
·        Attention to detail is a must. Must be able to work remotely. Work with sensitive and personal identifiable information (PII).

Qualifications: 
·        Experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
·        Ability to prioritize and multi-task while maintaining strong organizational skills.
·        Punctual and reliable attendance.
·        Able to work with minimum supervision, self-starter.
·        Other duties as assigned.

Job Start Date: Immediate-8/16-5/31
Work Location: Hybrid Model- In-person and remote, On-Campus locations include UTA Building 7th floor. 
Work Days and Times: select your work days and time (M/T/W/TH/F); 8-5; (no more than 19 hours a week)
Hourly Wage: $12.00 per hour
