For over thirty years, Chevron's HRDP has offered unique career opportunities to highly qualified HR professionals. The purpose of the HRDP is to provide leadership-aspiring participants with a breadth of exposure to the HR function and different aspects of the Company's operations.

The rotational assignments are strategically assigned based on business needs and participant competency development and interests. Rotational assignments are intended to challenge and deepen the participant's knowledge of HR and Chevron's businesses, meet the career objectives of the participant, and enable business impact.

Participants contribute important work to the business and human resources function, experiencing continual growth and development during the rotations, both personally and professionally. Senior HR leaders are involved in participant development while in the program and after completing the program.

Out of four rotations, typically three are completed in the United States, and one is completed outside of the United States. The majority of the domestic assignments are completed in the San Francisco Bay Area or Houston, with one domestic rotation completed outside the San Francisco Bay Area or Houston.
