2022-2023: Lubricants Sales Development Program Full Time

Lubricants Sales Development Program Description:

The Lubricants Sales Development Program (SDP) is an exciting new accelerated development program for those who desire to pursue a career in sales. SDP participants will go through a rigorous 4-month training program to prepare them for a career with Chevron in the Lubricants business unit. The program consists of a mix of formal training, fieldwork with current sales professionals, collaboration with other SDP participants, and formal mentoring. Upon graduation from the program, employees can expect to be placed in one of several different sales roles throughout the United States.


Required Qualifications:

Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in the following areas with a graduation date of Winter 2022 or Spring 2023:
  • Industrial Distribution
  • Engineering
  • Sales
  • Finance
  • Management
  • Supply Chain Management or other related majors.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales functions.
  • Geographic flexibility to relocate anywhere within the United States
  • Self-starter with aptitude and interest in interacting with customers on a daily basis
  • Demonstrate creativity, initiative, adaptability, and collaboration skills
  • Understand the importance and demonstrate diversity awareness
  • Possess solid business acumen and technical skills
  • Exhibit leadership potential and maturity

Additional Information
This position requires driving on a routine basis and travel up to 50% of the time.
