Clinical Administrative Assistant

An ideal candidate for our Clinical Administrative Assistant position is an individual with a high level of general office/administrative experience, is a team player, learns new tasks quickly, and performs productively in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Description:
  • Support the project teams with general administrative duties; scanning, filing, inventory, and delivering correspondence in a timely manner
  • Assist with study initiation procedures including creating/maintaining electronic master study file and study binders, managing user accounts and access for programs, maintaining user manuals and review of user manuals for alignment with protocol
  • Preform quality checks for various deliverables for multiple project teams such as PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Support the study close out process including reviewing final documentation, database checking, account access removal, and preparing documentation for archival
  • Work with senior management to maintain all training records for the department and initial new hire orientation process

Core Requirements:
  • Associate degree or at least 2 years applicable work experience
  • Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player experienced in meeting deadlines, even on short turnaround
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and assist multiple teams as needed

Desired Requirements:
  • Experience with good clinical practices and photography would be advantageous
