Accounting Clerk
Job Qualifications and Education Requirements:
· Equivalent degree to a four-year college or university with major in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
· Knowledge and working experience in Excel.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
· Bilingual (English and Chinese) ability required.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage documents from bank and register in the system including D/P, letter of credits.
· Manage reimbursements for vendors and employees and accounts payments for vendors, ensure compliance of internal control and regulations.
· Support bank account opening /change/closure and maintain relationships with banks.
· Assist in closing of the monthly accounts and preparation of financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
· Perform other ad-hoc accounting projects as assigned.
