Business Analyst

Avila Energy Partners is a privately funded energy investment company that acquires oil and gas interests. The management team of Avila brings experience from Noble Royalties, McKinsey, and Deloitte. They have experience closing on over $1.2 Billion in minerals. Today, we are actively acquiring minerals in the Permian Basin.

Responsibilities include:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Core responsibility of this role will be researching and evaluating oil and gas assets

•Monitors the performance of operators in the Permian Basin

•Maintenance of deal pipeline and transactional databases

•May be involved in all aspects of executing transactions, from evaluation and closing, drafting of conveyance documents, conducting due diligence and marketing of transactions

•Responsibility for the quantitative financial analysis and underwriting of offers being made

•Assumes responsibility for day-to-day deal activities

This role can be full time during the summer, and part time during the school year.
